Dugdale Bros Waistcoat, Cotton Beige Trousers and House Fabric Patterned White Shirt with Constrasting Floral Cuffs and Collars
Sometimes you come across a special commission. JP and C dropped in looking for a very specific idea for their wedding garment. With a wedding planned back at Ireland, they were looking for a heavy tweed waistcoat, shirt and trousers. We browsed through the Dugdale Bros Tweed and found this beautiful olive green window pain with contrasting orange, pink and green lines.
The waistcoat was given a touch of feminity with a Bemberg Cupro Pink two tone lining on the back, and inside, with the shirt also given a nice touch with constrasting floral collar and cuffs.
Pants were cut in a strong slim fit and tapers nicely on the leg.
Best of luck to you guys, you make a great couple and I’m sure you’ll have a wonderful day.

Hand Stitched Buttonhole on a Hand Tailored Garment. It takes a certain level of refinement to appreciate a subtle detail such as a handmade buttonhole. An appreciation of time and the skill needed to craft such a piece of art. Each one is different like a signature, a level above the monotonous symmetry of a machine made buttonhole. The fineness of the stitching - again not something that can be done by machine.
